How Do I Transfer a Voice or Video Call?

To transfer a voice or video call:

1. Click the Transfer Call icon and enter the phone number or UserID  to which you want to transfer the call. You can use the Dialer or your keyboard.
2. Your buddy receives a notification that you are transferring the call.
3. When you transfer the call, your buddy is automatically placed on hold until the call is successfully transferred to another device.

You might transfer a call in the following scenarios:

1. To transfer the call to another person.
2. To transfer the call to your mobile or PSTN phone so that you can continue the conversation on another device.
