You can set your mail preferences in such a way that your messages that you receive would be automatically forwarded to specified email addresses.
To enable automatic forwarding for your messages, perform the following steps:
Select Forwarding from the Local Account setting in the Mail section located under the Options tab on the left panel in two-pane layout.
Select Forwarding from the Local Account setting in the Mail section located under the Settings tab on the left panel in three-pane layout.
The Forwarding tab appears on the right pane.
Select the check box labeled Enable Automatic Forwarding.
Enter the email address to which you want to forward your messages in the Forward to text area.
To forward your messages to multiple email addresses, you must separate them with a comma.
To keep a copy of the forwarded messages, click the check box labeled Keep a copy of the message.
Click Save Preferences.
