How Do I Set the Date and Time?

Setting the date and time affects all the components of your application where the date or time are displayed.

To set the date and time:

1. In two-pane layout, From the Service menu, click Options. The Options section appears.

   In three-pane layout, From the drop-down list at the top right corner of the Convergence UI, select Settings. The Settings section appears

2. From the Global section, click Date & Time.

   The Date & Time tab appears in the work area.

3. Set your time zone. From the Time Zone list, select your time zone.

4. Set your date format.

   1. For Order, specify the order in which you want the date to be formatted.

      Where DD represents the day, MM represents the month, and YY represents the year.

   2. For Delimiter, specify the delimiter you want to have appear between the day, month, and year of the date.

5. Set the time format. Select either 12 hour or 24 hour.

6. Click Save Preferences.
