How Do I Set Up Instant Messaging for Voice and Video Calls?

Some of the voice and video features described in the online help may not be available in your Convergence UI. Check with your Administrator to understand the voice and video call  features in Instant Messaging that are enabled at your site.

Note - Depending on the voice and video capabilities implemented at your site, you may only be able to make voice and video calls to Convergence contacts in your company or network.  In other words, you may be unable to make multi-network voice and video calls or you may be unable to dial a contact outside of your network with the Dialer.
