How Do I Add a Voice or Video Call to My Chat Session?

To add a voice or video call to your chat session, initiate a chat session as described in How Do I Send a Chat Message?
To add a voice call to your ongoing chat session:

• Click the phone icon. See: How Do I Initiate Voice Calls?
  Both the chat and phone icons are grayed out because both features are active.

To add a video call to your chat session:

• Click the video icon. See: How Do I Initiate Video Calls?
  Both chat and video icons are grayed out because both features are active.

While you are on a video or voice call, you can continue your chat session with that buddy or even initiate a new chat session with another buddy.
